Successful presentation at the first international virtual EAPA annual conference

Last week, our presentation at the first Virtual Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA) annual conference was very well received. Although speaking virtually is a bit of a challenge when unable to see the audience, the comments in the chat were insightful and supportive of our work.

Here are the take-aways:

  • Prediction is prevention.

  • Compris brings a practical, targeted solution to EAP providers.

  • We are advancing the addiction field with quantified measures that capture risk, resilience, motivators, denial, and social determinants of health.

  • By treating Substance addictions like other chronic illnesses, we’re leading the conversation from stigma to inclusion.
